ProLab Consulting, LLC provides assessment services to assess laboratories for CLIA compliance. Laboratories may choose from the following services:

Our assessment services include:

• Review of applicable policies and procedures
• Review of applicable documents and forms

Upon completion of the assessment, ProLab Consulting, LLC supplies the laboratory with a “Report of Laboratory Assessment”. This report identifies potential CLIA violations and provides recommendations for meeting CLIA requirements.

This service is offered as a one time service or as a self inspection in the off years of CLIA inspection designed to ensure readiness.
